Spintona LLC

Privacy policy

Effective 8 September 2026. This policy describes how Spintona LLC (“we”) handles information when Licensees use Compounding Superstore and its QuickBooks Online integration.

1. Who we serve

The software is a business application licensed to pharmacies and related operators. It is not directed at consumers. Clinic, prescriber, and invoice data are processed on behalf of the Licensee.

2. Information we process

We do not store card PAN or CVV. Card data is tokenized by Authorize.net in the browser.

3. How we use it

To operate the software, post revenue and payments to QuickBooks Online, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Processors include Amazon Web Services (hosting), Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting posts), Authorize.net (card capture), EasyPost (shipping labels), and LifeFile (pharmacy host), each under their own terms. We share data with them only as needed to provide the licensed service.

5. Retention

Ledger and invoice records are retained for the Licensee’s accounting and legal needs. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store or equivalent) and revoked when the Licensee disconnects QuickBooks.

6. Security

Transport is HTTPS. Secrets are not stored in application source. Access is limited to authenticated Licensee users and Spintona operators under contract.

7. Licensee rights and requests

Licensee may access, correct, or export its operational data through the application, and may disconnect QuickBooks at any time. Contact privacy@compoundingsuperstore.com.
