Spintona LLC
Effective 8 September 2026. Compounding Superstore is licensed by Spintona LLC to the end-user organization (the “Licensee”), not sold.
Spintona LLC grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Compounding Superstore, including its QuickBooks Online integration, solely for Licensee’s internal pharmacy and billing operations, for the term of an active subscription or written license.
The integration posts invoices, payments, credits, and refunds to Licensee’s QuickBooks Online company. QuickBooks Online is a product of Intuit Inc. Spintona LLC is not affiliated with Intuit. Licensee must have a valid QuickBooks Online subscription. Connection, disconnection, and reconnection are controlled by Licensee through this app and Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow.
Licensee shall not sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, or use the software to process data for unrelated third parties, except as required to serve Licensee’s own clinics and patients. Licensee is responsible for the accuracy of data it posts to QuickBooks.
Licensee remains the controller of clinic, invoice, and payment data. Spintona LLC processes that data to provide the software, as described in the privacy policy.
The software is provided as-is. Spintona LLC does not warrant uninterrupted service or that QuickBooks remaining balances will be the system of record; Compounding Superstore’s ledger is the system of record, and QuickBooks is a posting destination.
To the extent permitted by law, Spintona LLC’s aggregate liability arising from this license is limited to fees paid by Licensee for the software in the twelve months before the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination, Licensee shall stop using the software. Disconnecting QuickBooks from the app (see disconnect) revokes Intuit tokens for that company.
